What Best Before Date do your products have?
All our products are dated with at least a 10 week BBD, so all orders sent out in December will be dated until Feb/Mar 2025
Will all products be available to order?
In all likelihood we will sell of out of some lines pre-Christmas. Please do place your orders earlier rather than later to guarantee, you can always specify a later delivery date to save you needing to store the products at home.
Where do I need to store the charcuterie?
The majority of our products are ambient stable, just keep them out of direct sunlight & away from the radiators. A shed or garage would make an ideal hiding spot.
Can I choose a delivery date?
Of course, please do just leave a note in the box at checkout. We will do our absolute best to time things so that your order does delivery on that date, but please note that we may choose to send your order early to save on any delay dramas. Orders are normally shipped using Royal Mail Track 24. We unfortunately aren’t able to guarantee orders delivery dates & it’s very hard for us to fulfil Saturday-Monday as delivery days.
When do I need to get my order in for Christmas?
Last orders for guaranteed pre-Christmas delivery OR collection must be placed by midnight on Wednesday 18th December.
When is your last pre-Christmas shipping day?
No orders will be shipped after Friday 20th December. Please note that we are unable to offer a specific delivery date this week.
I’ve missed the order cut-off, what can I do?
Our shop - tillo’s deli will be open on 19th/ 20th/21st December & we will have charcuterie available to purchase.
