The salami itself has a flavour that sits somewhere between a chorizo & pepperoni, flavoured with De La Vera paprika, a little cayenne & toasted fennel seeds.

An entirely original recipe, this salami is named after the village our owner’s family hail from, which you will find about an hour north-east of Naples.
